“ I can’t say enough good things about TFK in Palo Alto. I have been a patron for many years. Dylan the assistant manager goes above and beyond to make sure all orders are to my liking and respectful of my food allergies. He works tirelessly in the kitchen and on the floor. Mike the new GM is awesome, a good leader and his team truly loves him. Mike never fails to make me feel right at home each time I go! The service is exceptional with a high caliber team comprised of Amanda, Leo, Dylan to name a few and the food is very tasty. Keep the good work! This is my to go to place for healthy food ”
“ Food is definitely delicious, service is great, but a little slow, I feel maybe they need more server to cover tables. Overall it is a great experience. ”
“ Enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night as part of a pre graduation party. We were a group 19. The dinner was incredible and delicious. Exquisitely served unbelievable flavors! Thank you incredible non alcoholic cocktails! ”
“ Their pizzas are exquisite and it’s a wonderful place to dine in! :) Update: We went there again for the pizzas and they were fantastic again. Sat outdoors for lunch this time and it was a pleasant experience :) ”
“ I've been on the hunt for a solid all-healthy restaurant, and True Kitchen seriously hit the mark and then some! First off, the ambiance is great. The space is clean, bright, and full of color, which made it feel super inviting. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and design. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knew the menu really well, which helped since it was my first time there. I ordered the All-American Burger, and instead of fries, I swapped them out for the sweet potato hash, basically grilled, diced sweet potatoes. It was such a refreshing and healthier alternative that still felt like a solid side. The burger itself wasn’t greasy like most places; it was satisfying but didn’t leave me feeling heavy or sluggish afterward. Just really well done all around. To drink, I tried the matcha horchata, and wow, so good. It wasn’t overly sweet (which I appreciate), and they somehow nailed the balance between the earthy matcha and creamy horchata. It weirdly reminded me of drinking the milk left over from Froot Loops, but in a subtle, not-too-sweet kind of way. I know that sounds odd, but trust me, it worked. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and everything I tasted was fresh and thoughtful. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something healthy without sacrificing flavor or experience. ”
“ We had an incredible dining experience here! My husband and two sons loved it! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our server, Lisa, was not only friendly but also super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She recommended the Edamame Dumplings, Seasonal Butternut Pizza and the Sza Cza Salad, and it was all absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful and just overall amazing! The food came out quickly, and the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back for another amazing meal! Thanks again Lisa! ”
